Our products are delivered to your door by GLS courier service. Home delivery is free. The general delivery time in Hungary is 1 working day from the time the package is sent.
Always check the contents of the package upon receipt, as we are unable to accept complaints afterwards.
If the package was damaged during transportation, a damage report must also be included in the package. In this case, or if the package is damaged and there is no report, you must contact the courier service with the complaint. Our webshop is not responsible for any damage caused during delivery.
Based on Government Decree 335/2012.(XII.4.) from 28.03.2024, we are also obliged to offer the postal service of Magyar Posta Zrt. In the case of home delivery, the service fee is HUF 1,990.
